Malaysian Society of Systems and Synthetic Biology (MyBioSS) exists to promote and advance knowledge in systems and synthetic biology, interdisciplinary fields that leverage omics platforms, bioinformatics, artificial intelligence (AI), nanobiotechnology, and other cutting-edge technologies to understand, model, and redesign biological systems. Our focus is on fostering innovation and collaboration to drive transformative solutions in healthcare, agriculture, energy, and environmental sustainability, with particular emphasis on applications relevant to Malaysia and the neighboring region. By integrating diverse disciplines and emerging technologies, MyBioSS aims to bridge the gap between fundamental science and impactful real-world applications, contributing to national and regional development.
